Q. How many can you cater for?
A. We can cater for up to 350 guests. If less than 40 guests a surcharge will apply.
Q. What flavour pies do you provide?
A. We have around 15 different pie flavours you can choose from, our meats are beef,
chicken & turkey, we also cater for vegetarians and vegans.
Most clients choose 3-4 different flavours.
Q what if I want a pie flavour that’s not on your list?
A We will do our best to provide any flavour pie that you require, however, additional costs may apply depending on ingredients.
Q. Do you cater for Halal?
A. We can cater using Halal meat if required but may incur additional cost.
Q. I am gluten intolerant can you cater for me?
A. Yes we can cater for most food intolerances.
Q. Will you need any help?
A. No, this is your event and the last thing you need is to help the caterer.
We sort everything from setting up to serving your guests from our stall.
Q. Do you provide table service?
A. Unfortunately we don’t provide table service as standard, your guests would come up to us to be served.
We can provide extra staff to do table service but this increases the cost significantly.
Q. What do you serve your food in?
A. We serve our food in bio-degradable Kraft bowls, along with quality wooden cutlery.
We can supply crockery and steel cutlery but will incur extra cost.
Q do you have any specific requirements.
A. Ideally all we need is 2 – 3 sockets for our electrical equipment plus a water source. If your event is unable to provide these we can Hire a generator at extra cost
Q. How long do you need to set up?
A. Ideally we need 2-3 hours before you need the food serving, this enables us to set up all the equipment and heat up the food for you and your guests.
Q. When is payment required?
A. We will require a 20% deposit to secure the date and the balance is payable 14 days before the event.
Q Are you insured?
A. Yes we are fully insured.
Q. What is your Food rating?
A We have been awarded a 5 rating by our local environmental health department which can be checked on the GOV.UK website.
Q What if i wish to cancel
A all deposits are non refundable unless we can book another event on that date but we will change the date of your event
any balances paid will be refunded unless you cancel within 14 days of your event
